In the process of my winter rebuild Ive come accross some parts which both Honda Canada and Honda USA are claiming no longer available.

Swing arm bushing on the right side.

Connecting rods. So i guess the Carrilos are the only option left. Assuming all the factory rods got used up in the last many years by racers.

I just purchased swngarm bushings and seals for my swingarm last week at the Honda Dealer, so some must still be available.

Bushings are easy for a competent machinist.

Use SAE 660 bearing bronze, and keep them lubed i.e. disassemble once a season and slop some grease on them.

The bushings will wear better than the stock bearings and should last the life of the bike.

Bill, just picked em up today from the dealer. I ordered them last week.

Update....called the dealer to check right after posting and apparently the owner of this dealership owns 5 dealerships and has a separate warehouse for of parts they keep inventory in and thats where he got it.
He wasnt aware whether Honda has stopped making them, but he keeps alot of parts from vintage bike. One plus I think is the owner of my local dealership has 2 hawks also. Heee Heeee!!
