The only tool that you'll be able to use to get out that front plug is the OEM tool.
If you are having a hard time getting it out, first soak it down with penetrating oil and then gently try again, working it in and out very slightly to try to penetrate the gook holding it in. If you force it, you may damage the threads.
For that front-left plug, I use the oem tool and put a 12mm snap-on swivel socket wrench on the end of it.
Same for the back-right.
